Tierraverde is the result of the hard work, innovation, and determination of the Cáceres Montenegro Family, which for over 30 years has been successfully dedicated to the development of projects related to hydraulic engineering, irrigation, and climate adaptation technologies throughout Chile.

Felipe Cáceres

General Manager

Civil Hydraulic Engineer PUC

Recognized professional and academic in advanced irrigation and hydraulic engineering, Felipe was one of the pioneers of the industry in our country, developing complex projects and promoting innovation, research, and the development of new water technologies for the Chilean agricultural sector, particularly for fruit growing.

He has been a professor at the Faculty of Agronomy and Forestry Engineering at PUC, a judicial expert, and the Director of Hydraulic Works in the Valparaíso Region.

Sofia Cáceres

Technical Manager

Agricultural Engineer PUC

10 years of experience in the fertilizer sector, as well as in the export of fruits, specifically grapes, stone fruits, kiwis, and citrus, where she has had responsibilities in both operations and the commercial area. Sofía has studied at the University of California, Davis.

Álvaro Cáceres

Marketing Manager

Sociologist PUC

With postgraduate studies in Management Communication at Portland University, Oregon, Álvaro has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing in the energy, services, and food sectors in Chile and Latin America, successfully developing 360° communication strategies and positioning of brands and products.

He is a faculty member of the School of Communications at PUC.

Ismael Cáceres

Operations Manager

Marine Biologist UNAB

Marine Biologist from UNAB and Master of Environmental Management at the University of Queensland, Australia. With expertise in biology, limnology, and marine biology, Ismael has over 15 years of experience in research, environmental consulting, fieldwork, as well as in the development and monitoring of baseline studies for Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Impact Declarations for the large mining and energy industries. He is a certified expert in Ecology and Biology.

Logistical capacity and fieldwork

We have our own distribution center located in the southern zone of Santiago, along with an on-site team with years of experience and knowledge in installing hydraulic engineering systems and irrigation equipment for agriculture throughout Chile.

This gives us the advantage of responding quickly and efficiently to the needs our clients have on the ground.
